METAL
The 2-SEAL™ TIE is an innovative single screw veneer tie for metal stud construction
-
Fabricated from carbon steel with a premium quality organic polymer coating, the 2-SEAL™ TIE has a dual-diameter barrel with factory-installed EPDM washers to seal both the face of the insulation and the air/vapor barrier
-
This is an improvement over single barrel types which only seal at the insulation and render the vapor barrier susceptible to air and moisture infiltration if not precisely installed (perfectly perpendicular to the stud)
-
#12 screw integrated into the dual-diameter barrel

HB-5213
HB-5213 adjustable veneer anchor designed to anchor masonry to concrete, block or brick, accommodating rigid insulation up to 6 inches (75mm) thick.
-
Furnished with one 7/16ӯ hole for use with 523 Brass Expansion Bolt.
-
The eyelets allow 2X-HOOK™ (pintle) insertion (1 1/4" maximum allowable eccentricity) and are sized to prevent in-and-out movement beyond allowable tolerances.
-
The embedded portion of the 2X-Hook is 3/16”DIA round wire, satisfying the code requirement that the mortar bed thickness (typically 3/8”) must be twice the diameter of the wire.

H&B
The X-SEAL® Veneer Anchor is packed with more features than any other anchor on the market. Owners, architects and masons can be confident in the performance of an "X-SEALED" metal stud / veneer wall. The X-SEAL® Anchor is the next generation veneer anchor from H&B. The pronged legs bridge the sheathing and abut the steel stud, affording independent, positive anchorage. Compression of the sheathing by positive loads is also prevented

HCL711
HOT DIPPED
The HCL 711 (#2411 plate) and (#2402 pintle) Anchoring system installs quickly and easily on exterior walls with brick veneer while providing positive contact with metal stud and avoiding damage to wallboard. The HCL 711 System moves the dew point from within the stud to near the outer face of the rigid insulation, reducing potential corrosion at the screw locations.

THERMAL WING NUT
The Thermal Concrete 2-Seal™ Wing Nut is an innovative single screw veneer tie for concrete, CMU, or wood stud construction. The anchor features a dual-diameter barrel with factory-installed EPDM washers to seal both the face of the insulation and the air/vapor barrier, and unique Thermal Wings that are designed to decrease thermal transfer through rigid insulation.

HB 200
The HB-200-X improves upon the standard HB-213 by adding three pronged punch-outs that project from the back of the anchor. The prongs prevent positive wind-loads from crushing the wallboard by transferring these loads to the back of the stud.

Ties the masonry veneer to the substrate. The The Concrete Seal Tie's screw portion has special alternating threads making it suitable for use with concrete, CMU, wood stud or brick backup, and is provided with EPDM sealing washers.
-
Consists of a Concrete Seal Tie combined with the 2-Seal™ Byna-Lok Wire Tie
-
The special point affords easy installation into a predrilled hole.
-
Barrel portion available in 5/8" - 5" lengths to accommodate thickness of insulation.

2X-HOOK
The compressed leg 2X-HOOK™ has been tested and designed to withstand over 200-lbf, in tension or compression, at maximum allowed offset of 1-1/4” (disengagement of the pintle from the veneer anchor).
-
2X-HOOK™ CAN BE INSTALLED WITH LEGS POINTING UP OR DOWN.
-
The embedded portion of the 2X-HOOK is 3/16”DIA round wire, satisfying the code requirement that the mortar bed thickness (typically 3/8”) must be twice the diameter of the wire.

PROSCO
ASYMMETRIC TIE
8 mm
10 mm
The PROSOCO Stitch-Tie Asymmetric features one end with a smaller diameter that makes it ideal for embedding into harder backup materials. The 8-mm or 10-mm helical outer diameter on the other end is designed to engage with softer masonry veneer materials. The result provides an optimum tension capacity for the connection.

PROSCO
ECONOMY SETTING TOOL
10 mm
8mm
The PROSOCO Economy Setting Tool is an SDS drive-setting device for installing helical Stitch-Ties into various sub-strata. Cost-efficient and compact in size, the setting tool features an outer sleeve that telescopes over the helical anchor for focused energy and less buckling of pins.

HECKMAN
POSITIE
The Original Pos-I-Tie® is a two-piece system for attaching brick and stone veneer to various existing backups. It simultaneously penetrates the exterior insulation, makes positive contact with the backup for transfer of lateral loads, and seals the hole in the insulation with an EPDM washer under the barrel head. Introduced in 1985, The Pos-I-Tie® was the first barrel screw in the industry and has been successfully anchoring veneers for 35 years.
